HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may check the status of a single order by logging into My Account. If you need further assistance, please contact us at sales@unrulysports.com.
WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK AN ITEM IS MISSING FORM MY SHIPMENT?
In an effort to deliver your order quickly, your packages may arrive in separate shipments, from different locations.
Check any tracking information you have received to make sure that you’ve received a box for each tracking number.

Any order which UPS (or any other chosen delivery method) shows as delivered and has not been reported undelivered by customer within 30 days from delivery date will be considered fully delivered and no refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be due and no recourse to the customer will be available.
Orders over 90 days old, without notice from the customer of any problems, including but not limited to: missing items, non-delivered items or missing orders will be considered complete and no refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be due and no recourse to the customer will be available.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY TIMES
Most UnRuly products are seasonal, custom, “Team” items, specially selected for your club and team brand. Each item is made per order and to spec, which can vary the production time depending on the item. The following chart will help you determine the production time of your items.
Time line is based on traditional Team Spiritwear items. These items are usually offered throughout the season and DO NOT include Team Bags, Helmets, and Boathouse Jackets. These items usually have a longer production time and are usually shipped separately.Custom Team Player Packs production timeline can take up to 14 business days. This is due to the bulk order of the process. These packs usually ship within 14 business days from the date of the store closing and are typically delivered to the Coach for distribution to the players.
[/bar_graph] Because we strive for a premium product with a high attention to detail, our Custom Uniforms can take up to 6 weeks. This timeline depends on the season. Ordering for Spring sports, is usually our highest production time. During this time, uniforms will take a min. of 6 weeks to deliver.

RETURN POLICY
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Items
- Printed, Numbered, Braided, Embroidered, Engraved, or Altered Items
- Washed or Worn Items
- Stained or Soiled Items (including deodorant)
- Closeout items
- Altered Items
- Swimwear, Bodywear, Bodysuits, undergarments, panties, and bras, due to health codes
- Less than complete Kits or Kits with missing items
- Items that have had their original tags removed
- Items not in their original factory packaging
- Items delivered by a freight company
- Items over 30 days old, from date of delivery (unless defective)
- Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization
All our products are guaranteed against factory defects and workmanship. Any guaranteed product can be returned anytime during its guarantee, provided it is defective, as per its guarantee and a return authorization is first obtained. Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole option of the manufacturer or UnRuly Sports.
No refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be made on orders 30 days after customers receipt of order (excluding defective items).
It may take up to 30 days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.
Refund checks or any other checks issued by UnRuly Sports which are not cashed within 90 days of issue are null and void and will not be re-issued.
Mis-shipped items and clothing defects must be reported to us within 5 days from receipt.
Please take the time to immediately inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, and styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer’s defects.
If you are not familiar with an item or sizes, we suggest that you compare products at your local sporting goods store, before you purchase on-line.
Returning Helmets: Per manufacturer requirements all Lacrosse helmets must still have their warning stickers and labels attached or they are non-returnable.
Refusal of Shipment: If an order is refused, the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee, plus the outgoing and return shipping charges.
Please email sales@unrulysports.com, BEFORE shipping anything back, to obtain a return authorization.
Exchange Policy: Most Brands will allow you to exchange unused items for the same quantity or dollar amount of like items within 5 days of receipt. However, you will be required to pay the return postage of the items back to us and the shipping of the new items from us, to you, and some brands may charge a restocking fee.
Returning Items: No products can be returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) supplied by UnRuly Sports. To obtain a RA#, contact UnRulySports, at sales@unrulysports.com. The RA# must appear on all packages being returned and ALL returns must be shipped PREPAID, Collect items will be refused. When returning items, please send them via UPS or insured parcel post, we are not responsible for returned items which we do not receive.
WHAT COLORS DO YOU OFFER FOR SUBLIMATION?
Our state-of-the art design studio allows us the ability to use unlimited colors in all UnRuly Designs. If you are looking for a specific color match, we utilize the PANTONE Solid Coated Color system.
